Kuang Lin
Bioinformatician
Kuang Lin currently performs genome-wide association studies using the China Kadoorie Biobank data. He is also investigating the genetic causes of trait variation within and between populations.
Kuang graduated in bioinformatics (PhD) at the National Institute for Medical Research, MRC. He worked in Biomathematics & Statistics Scotland, and the Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College, London. He joined NDPH in early 2016.
His former research interests include protein structure prediction, protein residue contact prediction and Bayesian network modelling of gene expression
